It depends entirely on scope, but a focused first version typically lands between $10,000 and $40,000. We give a firm number after a discovery call, never before. An estimate without understanding the problem is just a guess with a dollar sign attached.

A well-scoped first release usually takes eight to sixteen weeks from kickoff to launch. Discovery adds one to three weeks up front, and we would rather spend that time than build the wrong thing quickly.

Yes. Most of our clients are outside our own time zone. We overlap by at least four hours a day, run demos in your working hours, and keep everything asynchronous and written so nobody waits overnight for an answer.

You do, from the first commit. Repositories, design files, infrastructure, and accounts are set up in your name or transferred to you at handover. We do not hold anything as leverage.
